*The Lock in My Rate Fee will be withdrawn from your account 30 days after adding this feature, and every 3 months thereafter. Fit4Less, in its sole discretion, may change the Lock in My Rate Fee and the frequency at which the Lock is My Rate Fee is withdrawn from your account upon providing you with 30 days written notice. You can opt-out at any time by giving notice in-club with at least 5 business days’ notice before the next payment would be taken. Subject to any statutory rescission rights, these payments are non-refundable and will automatically stop upon cancellation of the membership when notice of cancellation is received 10 business days prior to the withdrawal.
