*Plus applicable tax. We offer you the option to keep your monthly membership fees at their current low rate for as long as you are a member. The Lock in My Rate Fee will be withdrawn from your account at the time that you add this feature, and thereafter withdrawn quarterly. The Lock in My Rate Fee may change/increase at Fit4Less’ discretion, upon providing you with 30 days written notice. Fit4Less may also change the frequency at which this fee is withdrawn from your account (e.g. quarterly to monthly or weekly) with notice. Please note that subject to your statutory recission rights, this fee is non-refundable once paid, and will be charged even if it falls within the 30-day period after you have provided notice of cancellation.
