I'm having trouble connecting to the Member Wi-Fi, what can I do?

If you're having trouble connecting to our Member Wi-Fi, you can try these two options:

 

Ensure Wi-Fi is enabled

  1. Open your device's Settings app
    * Select Connections for Android devices
  2. Enable Wi-Fi

If you’re having trouble accessing the splash page, try forgetting the network

  1. Open your device's Settings app
  2. Open Wi-Fi
  3. iPhone: Select Fit4Less Member Wi-Fi
    Android: Press the settings icon beside the Fit4Less Member Wi-Fi network
  4. Click Forget
  5. Re-connect to Fit4Less Member Wi-Fi
