Can I cancel my membership through a third-party service?

Fit4Less is not affiliated with any third-party cancellation services. If you choose to use one, any fees they charge are separate from Fit4Less.

Our 30-day cancellation notice applies to all cancellations, including those submitted by third-party companies.

Fit4Less is not responsible for any miscommunications from the third-party cancellation service. If they promise an immediate cancellation or fail to inform you of our policies, we cannot adjust or waive the 30-day notice period.

We recommend submitting your cancellation request through official Fit4Less channels. You may cancel your membership in club on the self-service kiosk located in the front vestibule, or over the phone by finding the phone number here.
