What should I do if my bike or scooter is stolen from outside the club?

We’re sorry to hear that happened. Bike racks located outside our clubs are typically owned and maintained by the property owner, landlord, mall, or plaza, not by Fit4Less. Because of this, we’re unable to take responsibility for the condition, security, or availability of those racks, or for lost or stolen items left there.
If your bike or scooter has been taken, we recommend contacting local police to file a report and reaching out to the property manager for additional support.
