What can I do on the self-service kiosk?

All our Fit4Less Clubs feature a self-service kiosk located at the front vestibule. Whether you're a member or a guest, the kiosk is a quick and convenient way to manage your account, join the gym, or make changes to your membership. Here's what you can do:


For Members:

  • Pick up your membership card

  • Replace a lost or damaged membership card ($20 + applicable taxes)

  • Update personal information

  • Update banking or payment information

  • Make a payment or pay off a balance

  • Pre-pay membership dues
  • Upgrade to a Black Card membership

  • Cancel your membership (30 days’ notice required)

If you're not a Fit4Less member, you can use the self-service kiosk to:

  • Join Fit4Less and get a membership card

  • Purchase a Guest Pass ($20+ applicable taxes)

Our staff would be happy to help you at the front desk whenever possible, however, some changes can only be made on the self-service kiosk.
