Confirmation Email
If you recently purchased a membership and haven't received your confirmation email, please make sure to check your spam/junk folder and add welcome-noreply@fit4less.ca to your safe contacts list. Please note that confirmation email delivery may sometimes be delayed for up to 45 minutes. If you accidentally typed the wrong email at joining, you can speak to a Host in-club or over the phone (find the phone number here) to update your email address.
In order to get your membership card so you can start working out, please follow these steps:
- Use the self-service kiosk located in the front entrance of your Home Club
- Tap the kiosk screen to wake it up
- Press “Member Sign-in”
- Press “Don’t have your membership card?”
- Enter the birthdate used at joining
- Enter the email address used at joining
- Retrieve the 4-digit PIN from your email
- Enter the PIN on the kiosk
- Retrieve your card from the kiosk
