What if my membership card gets damaged?

Members are responsible for safely storing their membership card and keeping it in good condition for use. If your membership card gets damaged and prevents you from accessing the club, you must purchase a new membership card from the self-service kiosk or a key tag during staffed hours (see my club hours) for $20 + applicable taxes.

Important tip:
If you decide to store your membership card in your phone case, please ensure you remove it from the case before charging your phone, especially on a wireless charger. Doing this prevents the risk of your membership card from getting burned and damaged.
