Cancel Membership
You may cancel your membership in club on the self-service kiosk located in the front vestibule, or over the phone by finding the phone number here.
We require at least 30 days' notice to cancel your membership. If you purchased a 1-Year Paid in Full membership, your membership is non-refundable.
*Please note that upgrades and downgrades cannot be processed during your 30-day cancellation notice period. If you wish to stop your cancellation, please see a host for assistance.
