Can I downgrade from a Black Card to a 4Less membership?

Members are able to request to downgrade their membership from the Black Card membership to the 4Less membership by logging in to the Member Portal and select “Upgrade” in the “Membership Details” tab.

If you’re a member from Manitoba, you may request a downgrade by visiting Membership Changes. Fill in the form with all the required information and select “Downgrade My Membership” in the dropdown menu. We require 3 business days’ notice to process the change before the next bi-weekly payment.

1-Year Paid in Full Memberships cannot be downgraded.
